enjoyment creating and sharing your creations! Unfortunately, if you are here, you may
have encountered some difficulty with the application. Please check the following noted
issues and if you don't find a resolution, please send us an
email.
Problem:
I purchased Cartoon Creator from Handango or PocketGear, and when I try to unlock the application
using the registration key provided, the application does not unlock.
Cause:
This is the most common suport question we receive. The registration number you received was
generated using the Owner Name you provided from your Pocket PC device. If you did not provide
an owner name, then the code you received will not work. In addition, if the owner name you
provided does not EXACTLY MATCH what is on your device, including spaces, capital letters,
numbers, etc., the registration code will not work for you. But don't worry!
Resolution:
If you have purchased a license for Cartoon Creator and your registration code does not unlock
your version, please email us and provide your name,
the date your purchased your license, as well as the site you purchased it from, and finally
the exact spelling of the Owner Name of your device. We will verify that your purchased a
license and issue a new registration code as quickly as we can (usually within a few hours).
